Account Registration and Security

4.2 Account Credentials

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pvl888 support immediately via the live chat facility. pvl888 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pvl888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: proof of identity (MyKad or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal delays.

Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your account within minutes. FPX and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the requisite number of blockchain confirmations, which may vary.

5.3 Currency and Fees

All account balances are maintained in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt. pvl888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pvl888 accepts no responsibility.

5.4 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. pvl888 will not accept deposits from payment methods registered to third parties. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account will be returned and the associated funds restricted pending investigation.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

To be eligible to submit a withdrawal request, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be successfully completed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds must have been fully met.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available real-money balance.

6.2 Processing Times

6.4 Withdrawal Method Consistency

Where the original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals (e.g., certain prepaid instruments), an alternative verified method may be approved at pvl888's discretion.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pvl888 offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral programmes, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) specifies the total value of wagers that must be placed before withdrawal eligibility is granted. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a RM 100 bonus requires total wagers of RM 2,000.

7.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Activity

While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is RM 250 unless the applicable promotion specifies a different limit. Placing bets exceeding this threshold while bonus funds remain active may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following default contribution rates apply:

• Video Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Dealer Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 10% contribution
• Table Games (non-live): 10% contribution

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited upon expiry without compensation.

7.5 One Bonus at a Time

Unless pvl888 explicitly indicates otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active per account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

7.6 Abuse Prevention

pvl888 reserves the right to refuse, modify, or revoke any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation is detected. This includes but is not limited to: coordinated play across multiple accounts, the use of automated wagering software, or any strategy designed to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (low-risk wagering strategy).

Prohibited Conduct

Players are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in the Platform's software.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated multi-account play.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment disputes in a manner inconsistent with good faith, including reversing legitimate deposits after using the associated funds for wagering.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pvl888 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Account Suspension and Termination

pvl888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion pursuant to our Responsible Gambling Policy.
• An extended period of account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to any applicable dormant account policy.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (not subject to bonus restrictions or pending investigations) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to applicable processing procedures. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorised use of pvl888 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pvl888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, system interruptions, payment processing delays caused by third parties, or decisions made by a Player in reliance on information provided by the Platform.

pvl888 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available or free from technical errors or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime may occur. pvl888 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses arising during periods of unavailability.

In no event shall pvl888's aggregate liability to any single Player in connection with these Terms exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit pvl888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Responsible Gambling

pvl888 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. If you disagree with any amendment, you must notify pvl888 and cease using the Platform. pvl888 will process the closure of your account and return any eligible real-money balance in accordance with Section 9.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming regulation and applicable law in the jurisdiction in which pvl888 is duly licensed.

In the event of a dispute between pvl888 and a Player, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication via pvl888's customer support channels. Nothing in this section shall prevent pvl888 from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in circumstances warranting such action.
